Our initiatives are collaborative, data-informed, and equity-centered. Whether we are supporting impacted workers, advising a workforce board, training key frontline staff, or shaping legislation, our goal is the same: to remove barriers and unlock opportunity.

Too often, the workforce system feels like a maze—especially for people trying to rebuild after incarceration. Doors close before they can even knock. Many employers say they need workers, yet skilled people are left out of the labor market.

We believe it doesn’t have to be this way. By creating greater access to quality career and training programs, changing old hiring practices, and putting equity at the center, we can build a system where everyone gets a fair chance to succeed.
