Impact Equitable Justice (IEJI) is dedicated to promoting equity, accountability, and systemic change within the justice system. Founded in 2017 by a justice systems advocate aware of the deep-rooted inequities in the system, IEJI's goal is to ensure that justice transcends legal definitions and becomes a tangible reality for all individuals, irrespective of race, income, or background. From its grassroots origins, IEJI has evolved into a respected organization that collaborates with various stakeholders to drive meaningful societal change. Gap for Women-Led Change.
Woman-led nonprofits face significant funding disparities compared to other organizations. Since 2017, our woman-led team has partnered with employers, policymakers, and communities to redesign workforce systems so that opportunity is not reserved for a few—but accessible to all.
This year we’ve reimagined everything—from our services to our strategy—to better serve our community and close the gap for good. This reset and rally effort enables us to expand our reach, strengthen our impact, and reintroduce Impact Equitable Justice a force for equity and innovation.
