    Yes, but we scale our fees to match the size, scope, and resource of the business, ensuring affordabilty and impact.

    Absolutely! IEJI provides evaluation tools and metrics to track progress, outcmes, and accountability.

  • What kind of support does IEJI provide for individuals?

    We provide advocacy and enployment support, guidance, resources, education, and representation to help justice-impacted individuals facing challenges in the workplace or during the hiring process.

  • How do I know if I need an employment advocate?

     If you’re facing a situation at work that feels wrong—but you’re not sure what to do—an advocate can help you assess the situation, explore your rights, and map out next steps. 

  • Do you provide legal representation?

    While we do not offer direct legal services, we connect individuals with trusted legal partners and advocacy organizations. IEJI does offer support in employment-related matters such as court mediation, restoration of rights interviews, and housing.

  • Do you offer resources for people facing discrimination or bias?

    Yes. IEJI provides guidance, referrals, and tools to support individuals experiencing discrimination in workplace, schools, and communities. 

  • Can I attend events or workshops as an individual?

    Yes. IEJI regularly hosts/co-hosts public events, webinars, legal clinics, and community workshops that anyone can join. 

  • How much does it cost for individuals to access IEJI's services?

    Many of our employment services, community resources and workshops are free or offered at low-cost. Some specialized programs may have fees, but we strive to keep them accessible.
